We were commissioned to create curtain wall painting by the Japanese painter, Hiroshi Senju, for rebuilding of Nenbutsudo Hall, Ekoin temple in Ryogoku, Tokyo.
In this project, "waterfall" were painted on 57 fusuma doors in Nenbutsudo Hall and it reached completion of 50 meters full width.
This project carried the commemorative message for the victims of the Great Fire of Meireki (aka Furisode Fire) and Great Kanto earthquake. ACF joinded this project as the project manager of planning, creation, and installation.
